Overview

GlyphCanvas is a handwriting-to-font studio operated by Plugged In Official. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you use GlyphCanvas.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, login details, and authentication status through Clerk.
• Project content: the handwriting drawings, glyphs, font projects, project names, exports, and settings you create in the product.
• Billing information: subscription status, plan details, checkout records, and payment metadata processed through Clerk Billing and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: basic technical data such as browser, device, session, product activity, errors, and security logs.
• Messages you send us: support requests, feedback, and privacy requests.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve GlyphCanvas.
• Save your projects and generate font exports.
• Authenticate accounts and manage subscriptions.
• Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to support, billing, and privacy requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run GlyphCanvas, such as Clerk for authentication and billing, Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers, and infrastructure tools. Those providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

Your Content

Your handwriting projects are your content. We use project content to provide the studio, render previews, enforce plan limits, and create exports. We do not use your private project content to market unrelated products.

GlyphCanvas and its providers use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, account security, subscription checkout, and keeping the app working correctly.

Retention

We keep account, project, billing, and usage information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You can delete projects in the app where available.

Your Choices

You can update account details through the account page, manage your subscription through Clerk Billing where available, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect GlyphCanvas accounts and projects. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your account access private.

Children

GlyphCanvas is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to GlyphCanvas, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy as GlyphCanvas changes. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or another appropriate channel.
